The event was coordinated planned and controlled by Julie Cohen From It event Planning. The great thing about working with Julie is

that all of the details are covered and she makes it so I don’t have to work as hard . Julie has become  the Most popular Planner amongst the vendors in South Florida because she is skilled calm and detailed.

The event was held at The Boca Raton Marriott . Thanks To Kelly Kultau and staff for all of their assistance throughout the evening . The food and impeccable service at the Marriott has made it one of South Florida’s Leading event Locations.

The entertainment was provided Mike Sipe’s Pure Energy . The events power was controlled by Alberto from Pure Energy Entertainment.

Photo entertainment was provided by Meir Israel owner of South Beach Photo Company.  The video for the affair was provided By Chad and Jason From Timeline Video Production. I have worked with Chad for over a decade and he constantly amazes his clients with his creativity quick wit and consistency .

The ballroom was completely draped in pure white fabric. The entire perimeter was enhanced with a combination of backlit giant images of Madison’s favorite musicians .

Dimensional Shadow boxes were also provided that featured layered artwork as well as signed memorabilia.

The room was completely washed in LED lights . The ballroom also featured custom black leather-covered pedestal tables.

Each featured a Chrome Led Tower that supported white Phalenopsis Orchid sprays .

The base of each consisted of Picasso miniature Calla lilies as well as purple orchids and lime hydrangeas .

The ballroom ceiling featured suspended mirrored curtains .

The room also had a pair of high-powered Lasers  that produced liquid sky effects as well as a matching laser that allowed for custom texts all night .

On March 5th our company worked with the Goldstein Family on another event.

This event was in Honor of their Daughter Danielle .

The wedding was held at Bnai Torah Synagogue In Boca Raton Florida .

The event was catered by Lenny Cohen of Executive Caterers. I would again Like to thank Lenny for his attention to detail as

well as his great knowledge in making a large affair like this so easy to be a part of .  The Display work and his courteous staff is second to none.

The event was planned by our friend Carol Chenkin of CLC enterprises.

As always every single possible detail was taken care of by Carol and her great staff.

What a pleasure it is to work with someone like Carol. Her clients have such an amazing time working with her through the entire process.

The Music was provided cy City Limits Band. Thanks to Stacey and Cary for continuing to raise the bar.

They are a powerful band that clients love their sound , energy and demeanour.

The event Featured a floating aisle of submerged Orchid blossoms as well as a linear wedding canopy of Hydrangea and baby white Orchid strands.

The ballroom featured tables filled with Linear glass vases filled with alternating solid groupings of Bridal Roses, Dendrobium Orchids , Dutch Tulips , Hydrangeas and Japanese Phalaenopsis.

The entire room was hand draped with Bridal Fabric and Illuminated with Powerful Led lights that were in the tones of Lime White and Purple.

The Ballroom Ceiling was draped in Chiffon and was also washed in coordinating light.

We provided a custom Bridal white  Dance floor with the a custom Projection of the newlyweds new Monogram.

The cake was also decorated with Baby white Orchid strands.

The event was held at Broken Sound Country Club . Thanks to Tim , Loranth and Ed for all of their assistance to make this night everything

That Mallory wanted .

The event was completly coordinated and planned By Julie Cohen from It Events.

Julie also provided the candy station for the end of the evening.

As always Julie is a pleasure to work with and her attention to detail as well as her ability to stay calm in hot situations just increases her value as a planner.

The ballroom featured a lighting package of Led lights . These were programmed to change from hot pink to purple to white . The lights were placed around the room so that the ceilings of the country club as well as the ballroom perimeter .

The adult tables featured our signature Aluminum tables with custom white acrylic tabletops.

Each adult table featured a collection of Linear Glass vases with market style gatherings of Dutch Calla Lilies , Hot pink Roses, White Orchids , White Hydrangeas  and miniature Baby Callas.

Each of the vases were Branded with Mallory’s logo for the event. The base of each display featured a collection of floating candles.

Mallory’s area was framed  with Theatrical Truss as well as Diamond Plate facades.

The kids area also had custom imported linens as well as individually illuminated table centerpieces.

Oversized 32 square foot images of Mallory were displayed in the room perimeter and each was also washed with light.

As you can see by the photos the event was a huge success.

This event was special for us as we provided the decorations for her Bat Mitzvah as well.

The event was held at Boca Raton’s only 5 star diamond award-winning property  The Addison .

A special thanks to Zoe Langham for all of her assistance in helping us create this event.

The Event featured a magnificent Bridal Ring Canopy that was place under the Addison’s Signature Banyan Tree.

The entire area was washed in amber Led Lighting.

The Aisle was lined with floating candles set in glass cylinders .

The Bride chose a  natural gathering of baby Dutch Calla Lilies  for her bouquet.

This wedding was unique in the fact that it was held entirely outside in the most magnificent courtyard in South Florida.

The reception featured a combination of elevated and low centerpieces  .

The displays were filled with California Amaranthus , Ivory garden roses, mixed Hydrangea in the tones of Lime and white as well as Thai Orchids.

The event was held at The Four Seasons of Palm Beach. Thanks to Crystal for all of her help and accommodations.

The Ceremony was held poolside . It Featured a natural decorated wedding canopy appointed with branches roses orchids and Hydrangeas.

The Foyer Featured a draped staircase that was appointed with multi level Candles as well as Rose blossoms and English Ivy.

The Ballroom Featured Dramatic Led Lighting as well as directional Pinspot Lighting .

The table displays featured a combination Of Garden roses , Orchids, Hydrangeas and Queens Lace.

All of the tables featured imported embroidered linens.

The Side Credenzas in the Ballroom were also appointed with hand tied market arrangements of the chosen selections of flowers as well.

The event honored Eli for his Bar Mitzvah . The event was held at the Polo Club of Boca Raton . We would like to thank Bonnie Dooley for all of her assistance as well as professionalism .

The entire event was coordinated and Planned By Carol Chenkin of CLC enterprises.

Carol is recognized as one of South Florida’s Leading event planners. She is also a great person involved in many local charities.

The events entertainment was provided by Mthree . As always their combination of lighting , staging and interactive entertainment was fantastic.

The room featured Gigantic Goal Posts that featured Eli’s Favorite teams as well as NFL Players.

Eli’s area was named the ESPN ZONE and was decorated in a NY Giants Theme.

The Tables featured Images of Eli’s Favorite players as well as custom Linens.

The ballroom perimeter also featured Vibrant LED Curtains and as well as washes of Led Light.

All lighting was controlled through the evening by our in-house Lighting technician.

A custom double aluminum and acrylic bar was customized for the evening and illuminated with coordinating light.

The events Candle lighting ceremony featured a dimensional display of Giants Stadium.

On November 6th we had the opportunity to work on Jessica’s Bat Mitzvah.

The event was held at Broken Sound Country Club. This event was special for the club that this was the first event being held in the completely redesigned ballroom. The ballroom was already beautiful and now it is second to none.

Thanks To Loranth Botha in catering for as alway accommodating our staff and clients .

What a pleasure it is to know that we can work at the club and have such great assistance to create magnificent events for our clients and the members of Broken Sound.

The ballroom featured table scaped displays of flowers set at various heights on each of the tables. The flowers were all premium and were designed in Jessica’s Favorite tones.

Jessica’s area featured a giant custom sign, soft seating and our signature back lite cylinders illuminated from below.

Giant Images were suspended from the room perimeter and were seen by all.

Thanks To The Katz family for being a pleasure to work with and dropping off Pizza to our entire staff .

This was special as this was the son of Lane Friedman who is one of the main forces behind our company.

I have had the pleasure of watching Ross grow up to the young man that he has become.

The event was held at Temple Beth Ahm Margate.

The catering was provided by John Greenseid from Greenseid Catering .

As always the food was delicious and the presentation was exceptional.

This event was personal for John as Ross is his Nephew.

The nights entertainment was provided by MTHREE. The lighting dancing and screen work were as always exceptional.

The room was fully draped in Red taffeta and color changing Led lights .

Each of the adult tables featured our new black Mosaic vases filled with Platinum branches and white Orchids from Thailand.

The Dancefloor was covered in Black and White check and was washed in LED lighting .

The kids area was appointed with multi level tables with illuminated cylinders.

Custom Tablecloths as well as napkins were also provided .

Last night I had the opportunity to decorate Daniel Brasslof’s Bar Mitzvah.

What a pleasure it was to work with Leslie and Daniel.

The event featured a unique style where Bnai Torah Synagogue was transformed into a classic steakhouse.

The ballroom was one of the most formal affairs that you will ever see for a Bar mitzvah and was designed with all northern autumn tones.

The tables featured massive Candelabras that were filled with Ivory and Lime Hydrangeas as well as imported Thai Orchids.

The Orchids selected were in the tones of copper and tangerine. An abundance of eggshell roses finished off each display.

The tables had a varied selection of candles as well as suspended candles.

The coffee toned linens for the event complimented each table as well as coordinating Mahogany Chivari chairs with matching seat cushions.

Daniel is a talented pianist so the front facade of his lounge featured piano keys and giant wood toned sign with Daniels Name in lights .

The event featured a Piano Solo by Daniel . Early reports are in and the consensus is ” THE KIDS GOT SKILLS”

The rear of his lounge area featured a custom wood toned bar as well an abundance of soft seating and multi level cocktail tables.

The rear wall of the ballroom featured custom drapes in a Keyboard fashion.

The entire room was appointed with preprogrammed LED lights that changed tones throughout the night.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank some of the vendors that assisted in the planning of this event.

What can I say; Julie Cohen from IT EVENTS continues to amaze her clients with her attention to detail as well as her amazing ability to make great decisions throughout the planning of an event.

Julie also provided a great candy bar for the guests to enjoy. As always they are impeccably displayed.

Over the past 3 years we have continued to forge a powerful relationship with her company and what a pleasure it has been.

We would also like to thank Lenny Cohen from Executive Caterers for another incredible job.

I have been in South Florida for over 20 years and it amazes me how hard Lenny works to create a perfect event.

The night’s entertainment was provided by Pure Energy and as always they combined great entertainment with phenomenal lighting and video screens.

The video was provided by Chad at Timeline Video Productions.

We will be adding a sampling of his work to this post in the near future.

A special shout out to Leslie Brasslof who trusted me to be a part of Daniel’s event.

I can’t wait to see it as Chad always creates wonderful memories of night’s festivities.

I would like to personally thank Leslie Brasslof for trusting me to create Daniels decorations for the evening. It was a pleasure creating an event that truly represented the taste of the entire Brasslof family.
